This might sound a tad strange, but I can't seem to find the button to submit a drawing.

But for future reference, there should be a button on the profile somewhere that says "contribute to this group." Or you can go to the deviation page and click the button to the right of the deviation that says "submit to group."

I did try that, but it promptly let me know that I don't have the authority to do that. 
Hm, weird. Might be a problem with the group settings - I'll look into it.
